How long does the 100-night trial work?
We want you to be completely satisfied, so we offer a 100-night trial. If you aren't sleeping better after at least 30 nights, you can return your mattress for a full refund.
When can I expect my delivery?
Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do OTTY mattresses come with a warranty?
Yes, all our mattresses come with a comprehensive 10-year warranty that covers any structural defects or manufacturing faults.
How do I set up my mattress-in-a-box?
Simply move the box to your bedroom, remove the rolled mattress, and carefully cut the plastic wrap. The mattress will expand to its full shape within 4 to 24 hours.
What payment methods do you accept?

Do I need to flip my OTTY mattress?
No, our mattresses are designed with specific layers for support and cooling, so they should not be flipped. We do recommend rotating it 180 degrees every 3 months.
